Insurance and payment options

We accept most insurance plans, including all PPO and Medi-Cal plans, and payment from most indemnity plans. Call us before your appointment and we will verify your benefits so you know what to expect.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans. We also accept payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call us to make an appointment and we will answer any questions you may have.

If your plan is not one we are contracted with, we can often still submit the claim on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Bring your card to your first visit either way.

Not sure about your plan?

Call (909) 880-1600 with your card in hand. We will check your benefits and tell you what is covered before you sit in the chair.

Do not see your carrier? Call the office — we work with most major plans and can tell you where you stand in a few minutes.

Payment options

Cards & cash All major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.
Payment plans Third-party financing so treatment does not have to wait for the full amount.
Estimates up front You get the treatment plan and the cost before anything is scheduled.

Common questions

Do you take Medi-Cal?

Yes. We accept all Medi-Cal plans alongside PPO coverage. Call the office to confirm what your specific plan covers for the treatment you need.

What if I do not have dental insurance?

You are still welcome. We accept cash, cards, and checks, and we have a third-party payment plan available so that larger treatment can be spread out. Ask the front desk when you book.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

Yes. After your exam we will give you a written treatment plan with an estimate of what your insurance is expected to pay and what your portion will be.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of any medications you take. If you have had X-rays taken elsewhere in the past year, ask that office to send them over.
